We answer within two working days, in English or Ukrainian. If something went wrong, say what you did and what you saw.
Answers to more questions are in the FAQ.
How does the AI scan work?
When you photograph a box, a shelf or a product, the photo goes to our server in the EU, which asks an AI model (through DigitalOcean's inference service) what is in it. You get a list of proposed things and keep or drop each one; nothing is added without you. The photo stays with the things it shows.
Where is my data?
On our servers in the EU (Frankfurt). We don't show ads, sell data or track you. The privacy policy says what we keep and why.
Which languages does it speak?
The app is in twenty-eight languages: English, Ukrainian, German, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Croatian, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil), Swedish, Romanian, Hungarian, Greek, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Russian, Slovenian, Catalan, Turkish, Bulgarian, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian. Search finds things whatever the language: ask for "дриль" and find the cordless drill.
Subscriptions
A plan belongs to a household, so everyone in it gets it, on every device. It is managed in the store you bought it from: on an iPhone or iPad in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on a Mac in the App Store → your name → Account Settings → Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. The web app shows the plan but doesn't sell one. If you own the household and move to a new device, open the plan in Neatkept's Settings and tap Restore purchases on a device of the same store.
Taking my data with me, or deleting it
In Neatkept's Settings, Export my data makes a zip of everything: your places, things and photos. Delete account deletes your account and the households only you are in.
Printing labels
In Places, tap Print labels for an A4 sheet of QR labels. Stick one on a box and scan it to see what's inside. Codes you write by hand, like "W01", work too. Viewers can't print labels; owners and editors can.
Sharing with family
The household's owner opens the household in Settings and taps Invite someone. Send the link; the person joins as an editor (adds and moves things) or a viewer (only looks).
