Home inventory for insurance claims — a PDF report per home
A list of everything in a home, with photos and values, ready for your insurer.
Works on iPhone · iPad · Mac · Android · Web
Every thing, where it is, what it's worth
Open a property and choose Insurance report. Neatkept lists everything in that home, boxes included: each thing with its photo, its place, how many there are, the value of one and the row's total.
Fill in values as you go
Things without a value come first, each with a "Value of one" field and a currency. Type a price, tap save, and it stays on the thing, not only in this report. The report multiplies it by the quantity.
Several currencies
Each household keeps a short list of currencies, and the first is its default. Totals are counted per currency. Values in other currencies are also shown roughly in the default one, at the ECB rate, with its date.
PDF and CSV
The PDF is A4, with page numbers, ready to print or share. The CSV opens in a spreadsheet or imports into another tool. The report is made on your device, and in the apps it works offline once the things are loaded.
